What happens after I purchase a logo?

Once your logo has been purchased, our Design Team will prepare files for you to ensure they meet the best quality standards and send them via e-mail. You should hear back from us within 24 hours but you can always send us an e-mail to support@design.com if you have any questions or concern about your order.

Why haven't I received my Logo Files?

Files are normally sent very quickly after the purchase, but it may take up to 48 hours for us to prepare your files to ensure they meet the best quality standards. We appreciate your patience regarding this and you can always contact us to support@design.com if you have any questions or concern about your order.

Where can I include the specifications of the Printing Items I ordered?

A member of our Team will contact you via e-mail to provide you with the next steps of your Print Order and request all the information needed to customize your items to your liking.

Can I get a refund after I've made the purchase?

We are only able to grant refunds on orders that haven't been completed (where items haven't been delivered to you). If an item has already been delivered, we will not be able to process a refund.

Does my purchase include free customization of the logo?

This will depend on the complexity of your customization request. We are happy to help on minor tweaks and changes you require (Font or color changes) free of charge. However, for more advanced customization (Adding more elements, changing shapes significantly, testing different variations), we encourage you to purchase our Senior Designer Time add-on ($99) and you will be able to work 1on1 with one of our in-house designers to make all the changes you need until satisfied.

Can you customize my logo further before I purchase it?

Due to the large order volumes we experience, we are unable to accommodate customization requests before a purchase is made. That said, upon purchase of the logo, we are happy to help on minor tweaks and changes you require (Font or color changes) free of charge. You are able to write your customization request on the "Need further changes?" box found on our tool when making your purchase.

For more advanced customization (Adding more elements, changing shapes significantly, testing different variations), we encourage you to purchase our Senior Designer Time add-on ($99) and you will be able to work 1on1 with one of our in-house designers to make all the changes you need until satisfied.

What will I receive when I purchase a Logo?

  • PNG - Transparent background file, perfect for web uses.
  • PDF - Good for printing, viewing in any image viewer like Adobe Acrobat or Reader.
  • JPG - High Resolution. Good to print at the current size but do not alter / enlarge.
  • EPS - Vector format which can be edited and resized on Adobe Illustrator software. Ideal for printing on various formats.
  • SVG - Scalable Vector Graphic, support for interactivity and animation purposes.

What are the different licenses that you offer for Designs?

We offer 4 types of licenses:

  • Free License: Obtaining for free the non-exclusive rights to use the design. Other users will be able to purchase and use the design as well.
  • Standard License: This gives you the non-exclusive rights to use the design. Other users will be able to purchase and use the design as well.
  • Exclusive License: This buys you the FULL intellectual property rights to the design. The design will then be removed instantly from the store and will no longer be available for purchase.
  • Buy Out License: Your design will be removed instantly from the store and will no longer be available for purchase. This means that you are the last person to buy this design. Please note that people who purchased it before will retain the rights to use the design as well.

I don’t have time to create designs. Can you create them for me?

We understand if you prefer to focus on what you are good at. Let us take care of designing! We offer a Professional Designer Support service to help with all your design needs each month - from logo changes to social media and print designs for your marketing.Don’t hesitate to contact our Support Team to inquire about it.

Do you also sell domains or can I use one that I already own?

Yes and yes! You can search for a domain, buy a domain name and connect a domain name with any website you build with us. Alternatively, if you already own a domain that you've purchased with a different provider, we can help you connect it to your website.

Can I build my website with you?

Absolutely! We have two website builder products available - an advanced website builder and a one-page website builder (perfect for your link-in-bio site). Both options allow you to:
  • Select from our professional-looking website templates.
  • Include your logo and brand colors.
  • Add and customize information about your business.
  • Add your own photos and videos or use images from our free stock library.
  • Host your website with us.
  • Buy or connect your domain name or use one of our free URLs.
  • Link to your Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media accounts.
  • Add a contact form and email mailing list.
  • Take payment for your products and services.
Our website builder is easy to use! You don’t need to know how to code in order to build your website in minutes.

That said, if you prefer for us to do the heavy lifting, we have a team who can assist in building a professional website for you, for an additional fee

Why do I have to pay monthly or yearly for a logo?

When purchasing a subscription, you are not paying monthly or annually for just a logo - you also to get access to our whole design platform which includes many design tools and thousands of templates to help you create designs for business cards, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, letterheads, email signatures and even websites. In summary, we offer a design platform for all of your design needs - not just a logo. But we understand not everyone needs these other services, So, if you cancel your subscription, you will still be able to use the logo and any designs you made with us.Once you’ve had a chance to explore our range of design tools, we are confident you will see the value of having a subscription with us!
